Pneumatology
How does Scripture speak about God as Spirit, the Spirit of God, and the holy spirit? Pneumatology follows the Bible’s own distinctions as it describes God’s presence, His inner Spirit, divine power, anointing, indwelling, and Life.
Preserve the wording of each passage. “Spirit of God” is possessive language for God’s own inner Spirit, while “the holy spirit” functions as set-apart divine presence and action.
